I honestly had no idea these services existed, but this is an amazing free online document co-authoring tool. They could really use an integrated spell checker, but it’s great that two or more people can work on the same document at the same time and your "edits are automatically sync’d with your coauthors’ every few seconds." When I grow up, I want to be a Writely, or a caterpillar
