Fixed some bugs in the where-you-clicked algorithm to account for the page being scrolled down (duh, should have thought of that
). Also got IE and Firefox (not sure about Safari) blocking keyboard events from reaching the browser when editing a region, so using the Backspace key doesn’t send you back in history. Having finally found a good way to do this, I switched over the hotkeys to the standard CTRL-S (Save), CTRL-B (Bold), and CTRL-L (Link). You can now unbold text as well by clicking somewhere in the bolded region and using CTRL-B.
There’s now some (wonky) keyboard up/down arrow support as well. It jumps around a bit horizontally, but the basic procedure is there; Just needs some fine tuning
I’ll be working on bug squashing this week before any more features so pleeeeease post in the comments any specific bugs you find. Otherwise you’ll have to live with those bugs…forever…I ain’t fixin’ them
I kid; I kid ’cause I love. *mumbles – "455holes"*
