Changes:
- Bug Fix: using arrow keys/delete/backspace at beginning/end of region caused an error
- Bug Fix: using up/down arrows in bolded text caused crash
- Feature: Italicized (em) text CTRL-I
- Feature: full support of primary keyboard keys (everything but numpad and function keys) including 0-9 and their shift characters.
- Feature: pressing the bold/italic hotkey at the edge of the bold/italic span will no longer de-bold/italic the entire span. Pressing the bold/italic hotkey within the span will de-bold/italic the entire space.
