The people that wrote the Firefox “Web Developer” extension should be flattered, Micro$oft is totally ripping them off :-)

The Microsoft Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar provides a variety of tools for quickly creating, understanding, and troubleshooting Web pages. This version is a preview release and behavior may change in the final release.

It’s not the first time Chris Pederick has been ripped off. A few weeks ago a company called Aevita released an IE-addon called Web Inspector, which was a blatant rip of the Firefox Web Developer extension. So much so, that they even used some of the same icons - which were default Firefox icons. It’s since been removed from their site, but you can read up on the whole ordeal here.
