Today I was on a technical support call about a web-application for three hours! I almost had to pee in an empty water bottle on my desk! 
This software could totally save my sanity (and kidneys). It basically let’s you surf along with someone else right in your/their browser. The best part, it works with Firefox browser as well as Internet Explorer! It’s even integrated with Skype and has a built-in chat application. Make sure you check out the demo video.
