Have you ever checked out the search toolbar that appears by default in Adobe Acrobat Reader? It’s a web-search (of Yahoo!) instead of a search of the document. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve used the search toolbar to look for something in the PDF I’m looking at. I guess Adobe gets a few pennies every time a dumbass like me does the wrong type of search.
Now, you could say “Hey, there’s a Find toolbar you could use, it’s just not a default option.” But I could say, “Don’t push me or I’ll hunt down everyone you care about like animals.” I could say that. But usually I would just keep my mouth shut and rub your coffee-mug on my butt when you’re not looking
