Flying United for the first time, I decided to check out the safety card for our plane. The following caught my eye:

Air Canada came through and set us up on another flight.  We couldn’t get through to Air Canada on the phone, but when we picked up our tickets we were already confirmed on a later flight (and later, we got on an even earlier flight).  Hurrah for Air Canada…well…if we end up getting home tonight [...]
