I’m just as surprised as you, but check out the new "Spend Manager" in CIBC online banking. They break down all the charges on my Visa into categories, then track those categories month-after-month. You can even set "Send Alerts" that will send you an email if you go over the limits you set.
It’s not quite Quicken, but it’s pretty good for a feature that’s hidden away in the sub-navigation
