Time to Mesh

By Jonathan + May 30th, 2007

The mesh conference is just getting under way. Highlight so far: the canvas mesh bag. Oh, they are so clever

Keebler likes to…

By Jonathan + May 26th, 2007

I finally couldn’t resist doing one of these stupid “[your name] likes to” things. If you’re lucky enough not to have heard of it yet, you type “[your name] likes to” in Google and post the top 10 results. Here are mine (I only found 5):

Keebler likes to be busy
Keebler likes to eat [...]

Forgotten Meadow in the City

By Jonathan + May 26th, 2007

In my wonderings around Toronto this weekend as part of Doors Open, I finally decided to visit a little park I walk past every week on my way home from the CNE stables.

Just visible from the Gardiner, between the railway tracks and Fort York Armories, Stratchan St. and historic Fort York, lies a little patch [...]

Doors Open Closed

By Jonathan + May 26th, 2007

This weekend is Doors Open in Toronto, which is a great chance to see inside buildings that are usually closed to the public. I went down to the CNE grounds to check out the festivities at the Horse Palace, where I ran across this sign

Caught in the Act

By Jonathan + May 25th, 2007

Seriously, if my mom gave me a speech like this, I would instantly sign-up to become a eunuch. I don’t care, I would do it. I’d never want this to happen again

Lion vs. Buffalo vs. Crocodiles

By Jonathan + May 25th, 2007

This video is a little long but it’s worth the wait. Just when a bunch of lions take out a buffalo, the crocodiles pop out of the water and get into it. You’ll never guess how it turns out Welcome, to the jungle! YEAH!

By Jonathan + May 22nd, 2007

I have to admit, I’ve been a little suspicious about how the new Royal Ontario Museum expansion was looking over the past two years. Until a few months ago, it just looked like a mass of steel. But, hey, what do I know. I kinda like it now. At the very [...]

Flying from Toronto to Ottawa

By Jonathan + May 22nd, 2007

This past (long) weekend, I went up to Ottawa from Toronto to see my (beautiful) girlfriend. Instead of using my usual mode of transportation, the train, I thought I’d try out a flight on the new Porter Airlines which flies right out of Toronto island. Wow! Flying is amazing! I think [...]

Toronto, look’n good

By Jonathan + May 21st, 2007

I snapped this shot of the sun going down over Toronto on my flight in today. Is anyone else totally psyched that summer is almost here?! I’m so done with the cold and/or snow

The Ultimate Lost Theory

By Jonathan + May 18th, 2007

This may, or may not, be the real ‘Lost’ theory, but this totally explains everything that’s going on. If some random guy wrote all this and it’s completely fake, someone needs to give him the money for a pilot immediately! ***SPOILERS***
