ScribbleLive is on TechCrunch

Wow, ScribbleLive made the home page of TechCrunch today. Nice!

We are getting a huge wave of traffic as a result. I can’t login to our servers from the guest wifi at the mesh conference to see how things are going, but I’ll definitely throw a few more servers into the grid when I get home tonight ;)

UPDATE @ 5:37pm: We also got cross-posted to the Washington Post. Servers are running at about 8% so we’re good so far *knock on wood*

  1. Jonathan, Nice work on Scribblelive. Kudos on the TC mention.

    I’m using it for a somewhat non-convential method: LiveBlogging as I read The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell http://www.scribblelive.com/Thread.aspx?Id=498

    Why no RSS feeds for each thread? Is there a blog for the plans of Scribblelive? Forum for suggestions, etc. I’m interested to learn more of your plans.

    @David: Thanks for the kudos!

    There no RSS yet because…well…I don’t know :) We just haven’t had a chance yet, but we have lots of stuff coming out really soon. An embedding feature is next on the block; watch for that in a week or so ;)

    As for a blog, definitely there will be one ;) Keep checking the feed on the bottom of the ScribbleLive home page for more details as they come.

    So much to do, so little bits :)
