• 11:00 PM “A Los Angeles Superior Court official said Tuesday that MTV was recently granted permission to shoot in a courtroom in Beverly Hills, but it was done after hours — and that’s not one of their judges sitting on the bench in “The Hills” footage.
  MTV was granted permission to film “what purported to be a wedding outside of court hours” at the Beverly Hills courthouse, court spokesman Allan Parachini said Tuesday. He did not know who the participants were in the wedding, but Parachini said court officials wanted the filming to be treated as a news event.
  The preview for next week’s season finale features a wood-paneled courtroom with the California state seal perched on the wall behind a judge. Civil ceremonies are sometimes performed at the Beverly Hills courthouse, but not in the manner portrayed in the brief preview. If a judge does preside, it is typically in chambers during a break, Parachini said.”

• 11:22 PM Heidi: (About her mom) “It’s been really hard”. Breaks down crying. This is quickly becoming the crying episode. Heidi gets a hug from LC.

  LC: “It really is what it is. It isn’t always fair”
  Heidi: “You been working out a lot?”
• 11:23 PM hahahahah This dialogue is classic! LC: “You know if you ever really needed anything, I’m here”

  LC melts a little but still looks mildly pissed
• 11:27 PM Back into commercials…I think this whole episode is about 7 minutes with some filler

• 11:31 PM And we’re back again after another 6 mins of commercials. This thing is running longer than 30 mins already
• 11:31 PM Back to the Heidi mom drama. Guess she’s staying with them. Time for another chat with Spencer.
• 11:32 PM Heidi’s mom: “I know you manipulated and plotted this whole wedding…I can’t let you go to the courthouse and make this wedding legal”
• 11:33 PM Spencer: “Heidi’s my wife and it’s going to be that way for the rest of our life”. Heidi’s mom gives him dagger eyes
• 11:33 PM Back to Audrina and Justin Bobby…in bed. A VERY white bed. Won’t be white for long with that greasy dude in it
• 11:34 PM No regrets from both of them. More sexy time.
• 11:34 PM Back to LA to the courthouse. Stephanie is there with Heidi and Spencer, but her mom didn’t show up

  Spencer: “I didn’t force her…do you think I dressed her up in that dress and those shoes?”

• 11:38 PM Spencer looks like he’s at an arrangment in his stupid suit.

• 11:39 PM Spencer apologizes and says he’ll do the wedding the way she wants! OMG! That’s the 1st time I’ve ever seen him apologize!

• 11:40 PM I guess that explains why they weren’t officially married according to the media
