Saturday Night Live tonight had an amazing undertone of their friend Amy Poehler being in labour (though I swear she looked less pregnant on Thursday). At this point, she probably wishes she was dead but that’s cool. She should summon the calmness of this kitty and pop ‘er out! Congrats to Amy and her husband.
I figured at almost 2am, with double the dose of Rescue Remedy in me (to no effect) it was time to confront my love for the Tic-Tac girl, Kate Kelton. Her siren-song of “it’s not just a mint, it’s a tic-tac!” could lure the most steady hand to crash his boat into the shore (or Jack Bauer). She even stops to feed the trolls in the forums as any goddess would. Fair-thee-well, Tic-Tac-girl, our paths will cross one day…
After it was mentioned on ‘The Office’ tonight, I thought I’d check out if there actually was a Wikiedia entry on ‘Office robbery statistics’. Well, great minds think alike Someone has already started a stub but it was already marked for “speedy deletion”.
Emma and I added a bunch of sections to it to try to make it legit. Checkout the screenshots of what we had done so far below. But out of no where, despite being marked contested, it was deleted by Rockpocket for having “No meaningful, substantive content”. I’m no expert on adding new entries to Wikipedia, but it’s crazy to me that someone can’t have 15 minutes to build up an entry before it’s deleted.
Luckily, others have taken up the mantle of adding our stupid little entry back to Wikipedia. Information is meant to be free!
UPDATE #2: The entry was just deleted again. Is this how it always is trying to add something to Wikipedia? I’m going to sleep either way, but I hope others take-up the cause overnight
UPDATE #3: We still haven’t been able to get the ‘Office robbery statistics’ entry back, but Nate was able to get an ‘Office robbery’ entry going that hasn’t been questioned yet. w00t!
UPDATE #4: ‘Office robbery’ has now been deleted for being “vandalism”. Now Nate (comments below) has added a section called “Office robbery statistics” to the ‘Office’ entry. It contains real information so we’ll see how long that lasts
UPDATE #5: The ‘Office robbery statistics’ section in the ‘Office’ entry has now been renamed ‘Office theft statistics’. Are these Wikipedia dicks really that petty?!
As my obsession with The Killers new track ‘Human’ continues to grow to the point where it’s becoming unhealthy, I am forced to consider, is Alan Ruck the cover-art for the ‘Human’ single? I’m just say’n, next thing Brandon Flowers is going to be rooming with Carter (‘Spin City’ reference)
Seriously, seriously, start planning the intervention. Because I won’t stop listening to ‘Human’ until my ears are bleeding. There’s nothing else, just ‘Human’.

9:31 PM CSI is back in the Warrick where Warrick was shot
9:31 PM They are recreating the Undersherriff's story

9:32 PM Grissom: "There's no way McKeen heard those shots"
9:33 PM Grissom goes right to Brass with this. Brass says that McKeen didn't invite him back to his cottage after he said he wouldn't be on the take

9:34 PM They are going to bust Undersheriff Pritchard's ass! Common! Get him!
9:35 PM McKeen goes to see Pritchard in a shitty hotel room.
9:36 PM Pritchard realizes that McKeen is framing him. He just wants a ticket to Mexico.
9:37 PM CSI goes to Ecklie to see how they can go after McKeen. He tells them to be careful, but isn't a dick for once
9:37 PM They go to try to get prints of the small 25mm bullets
9:39 PM They get a partial print off a bullet. It's not Pritchard's print…

9:52 PM GUNSHOT!

9:53 PM Brass arrests McKeen
9:54 PM Warrick's funeral, Warrick Brown 1971-2008
9:55 PM Grissom speaks: "Warrick Brown was a young boy when his parents passed away…I think it taught him how precious life is…he lived life to the fullest each day as if it were his last day. I was with him on his last day"
9:56 PM "Just before he died we were all having breakfast….and Warrick was, he was…I'm going to miss him so much" [Grissom breaks down in tears]
9:57 PM THE END
9:58 PM I'm glad they caught the Undersheriff in one episode. I wonder if this season will have a lot of hunting down the rest of the crooked cops in the police department.
9:59 PM I think that episode was definitely worthy of being the season premiere and dealing with Warrick's death. Damn, I'm going to miss that guy
I gotta admit, The Killers last album of b-sides, Sawdust, really didn’t do it for me. I just listened to it a day ago and I can’t remember a single song. But I heard their new single ‘Human’ again today, and it blew my mind. I loved Brandon Flowers’s totally neurotic performance on SNL and now I can’t wait for Day & Age to come out.
So now it’s 1am, and I have another damn Killers song stuck on loop. This happens like every 2 years, man! Common, I’m tired. I want to go to sleep, but I can’t stop listening to this. I am human, but not a dancer. AHHHH Leave me be. Ahhhhhhh DAMNIT I NEED FREEDOM FROM THIS CURSE. KILLLLLLLEERSSSS!
