Skinny chicks, furry boots, tough dogs

The only things I know about fashion are from ‘America’s Next Top Model’ and ‘Fashionista’ (don’t ask) but I can’t help but notice this new trend in my neighborhood of really skinny chicks, with insanely furry knee-high boots, walking their bulldogs/rottweilers. Now I’m totally a fan of attractive women (have you read my blog) but it’s becoming a bit of an epidemic. It’s like there’s a skinny chick/furry boot/tough dog convention that I don’t know about, and trust me, I would know about that. Also, how am I supposed to feel like a man when I’m walking this? Of course, I’m training Sandy to be a dog-fighter, one vacuum-fight at a time, but he’s still not ready.

Anyhow, I’ll continue to monitor the situation through my binoculars

I found this cool little counter today that is counting down our supply of IPv4 addresses. When it reaches zero, planes will fall out of the sky, birds will spontaneously release their bowls, butterflies will sting people…Basically, anything to do with ‘flight’ will go wrong. The rest of us will be perfectly fine and probably just switch to IPv6, but the sky-creatures are dead!

I think we can all agree that it would really suck if your town was named Lake Elmo. I think we can also agree that it would suck if you went to a particular asshole’s blog looking for Tricia Helfer photos, said asshole saw the name of your city in his traffic logs, then wrote a whole pointless post making fun of your fair city. Thank goodness that isn’t the case. Indeed.

So John McCain chose his running-mate in the US election: Sarah Palin. I’m not saying she’s a bad choice because of the open investigation into her abuse of power or that she seems to have almost no political experience.
